About the event:
What kind of conflicts do I have in my everyday work? How do I deal with them? What kind of conflict type am I and how do I behave in conflicts?
Conflicts occur every day, be it conflicts with colleagues, friends, acquaintances or inner conflicts. Often we are overwhelmed with dealing with these conflicts, which leads to stress in our private and professional lives.
This seminar is about recognising, dealing with and solving conflicts. This also includes working on one’s own communication style. A special focus throughout the seminar is on intercultural conflicts.
The workshop is organised by the House of Resources Greifswald.
The workshop is implemented by Donatella Picciano. As a native Italian and person with a migration history, Donatella Picciano is familiar with the challenges of the integration process in another country. Her studies and trainer training in “Intercultural Communication and Diversity Management” have enriched her profile and enabled her to work in both the public and private sectors.
